History

Ross Innovative Employment Solutions (IES) is a national leader in providing high-quality and performance-driven workforce development services under Workforce Investment Act (WIA) One-Stop and Welfare-to-Work programs. Ross IES, a division of Providence Community Services, Inc., has operated workforce development programs since the 1970s. Our successful experience includes conducting programs under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA), the Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA) and the current Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program, as well as a variety of other state-funded training and placement programs.

The mission of Ross IES is to partner with state and local agencies to design and implement innovative, high-quality job readiness and workforce development programs to address the identified needs of each community. Ross IES brings a private-sector, goal-oriented philosophy to the design, implementation and operation of these programs.
